We offer worldwide shipping. Domestic orders within the United States are typically processed within 1-3 business days, while international shipping timelines vary by destination and selected shipping method.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all protective packaging and tags intact.
How should I care for my vegetable-tanned leather bag?
Vegetable-tanned leather is natural and will develop a unique patina over time. We recommend avoiding exposure to water and direct heat, and using a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away any surface dirt.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our distribution center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations, but please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Are duties and taxes included in international orders?
